1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all service contracts concluded between Innovarta – Daniela Naumann (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). Any deviating agreements require the Provider's written consent.
2. Services
The provider offers services in the areas of coaching, strategy consulting, and workshops. The exact scope of services is defined individually in the contract or order confirmation.
3. Conclusion of the contract
A contract is formed as soon as the customer accepts the supplier's offer in writing, by email, or through other confirmed communication. Amendments or additions require written confirmation.
4. Payment terms
- Remuneration will be made in accordance with the prices agreed in the contract or offer.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt without deduction.
- All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellation Policy
- For individual coaching sessions: Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge. For later cancellations, the full fee will be charged.
- For group workshops and consultations: Cancellations up to 30 days before the scheduled date are free of charge. After that, 50% of the fee is charged, and for cancellations within 7 days, 100% is charged.
6. Liability
- The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
- Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or other consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- The provider does not guarantee the success of the coaching or consulting services provided.
7. Confidentiality
The provider undertakes to treat all customer information obtained during the course of the cooperation as strictly confidential and not to pass it on to third parties.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the provider's privacy policy, which can be viewed on the website [www.innovarta.com](www.innovarta.com).
9. Right of withdrawal
Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Details regarding the right of withdrawal are provided in a separate cancellation policy.
10. Jurisdiction and applicable law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, provided this is legally permissible.
11. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
